I love an action-packed film as much as anyone. I will watch a shoot-em-up movie almost blindly until I realize I was feeding my sub-conscience with negative stuff. If you live outside the US, you may not realize that the inspiration for many of these fictional films comes from our reality. If you are vacationing in the US, remember that while societies are friendly and welcoming, people from an honor culture, like the USA, can quickly turn violent. This, of course, depends on where in the US you are and the origins and economic status of the people you are meeting. You must appreciate this so you don't get shot.
