I love naan. It’s Indian bread. If you want to understand how to make it, see the video below. I have learned much from Indian cuisine. Don’t get me wrong, I am not proficient in cooking this gastronomy without sticking to a recipe, but it inspires my culinary adventures. By now, you may be able to tell that I love Indian food. For a few years, I have become mostly vegetarian or discerning about any animal I consume. Fortunately, I am not a high-level fanatic about it. So for those who want to invite me to a meal, don’t fret. I may eat some animal protein if it’s on the menu, and I have little choice. Like you, I am trying to be as healthy as possible but still want to enjoy life.
