I have some bad news if you are between the ages of 45 to 60. Life is coming to get you. I am about that age, so many of my friends and classmates are around the same age too. They are facing some of these challenges. My dear children, if you take time from your busy schedule to read this post - and the ones continuing- you will realize that you will also meet these circumstances. Don't fear. They are alright. The categories are parents, careers, children, and health. This post assumes you care and love your parents and children, enjoyed and had a successful career, and your health is good.
