How Your Attitude Towards Hospitality Workers Influences Service Quality

Let me share a personal experience. I was once heading out of town on a Flix bus, waiting in line as anxious passengers bundled around the door, unable to get on the already late bus. The reason? A guy in front of everyone was passionately arguing with the bus driver. I don't know what the debate was about, but it went on for some time as both testosterone-driven men clamored to prove the other wrong and be validated for an eternity of respect, power, and glory. This argument was likely the do-or-die day for them.
