Recently, I had the pleasure of revisiting Melle, France, to spend time with a dear family friend I've known for almost 20 years. I have been there innumerable times to see her. She is a true inspiration, especially when it comes to taking care of both the mind and body. Every time I visit, I leave with a deeper understanding of these aspects of life, enriched by our heartfelt conversations.
