Water You Waiting For? The Psychology Behind Not Drinking Enough Water

Some notable people I know hate to drink water. I thought I would write this to help them.

I am not the best at drinking as much water as I should. I try. But the day gets busy. I would get caught up in a project and forget to drink water until my body ached with anger and my tongue seemed to stick to the roof of my mouth. This anti-water behavior happens despite the knowledge that we need to drink water because it's the most essential fluid our body requires for us to function. Yet, I will drink water, and I don't mind the taste once it's not too chlorinated, and it won't make me feel ill. Let's explore this some more.
